Meet our amazing team behind the name working for our amazing clients
Meet Ryan, Our Founder
Ryan Hall is the founder of Halls, established in April 2024. Dedicated and approachable, Ryan leads by example and prides himself on going above and beyond to look after his team and clients. He is passionate about sharing his knowledge, and he genuinely enjoys mentoring younger staff members, teaching them valuable skills that set them up for successful careers in the industry. For Ryan, his team means a great deal, and he believes in fostering a supportive work environment where everyone can thrive.
Ryan’s construction journey began at age 14 as a carpenter’s mate, followed by a time-served carpentry apprenticeship. With over 20 years of hands-on experience, Ryan moved from Bournemouth to Norfolk, where he joined a modular home company specialising in zero-carbon passive homes. There, he progressed from carpenter to factory manager, overseeing 130 staff members. Drawing on his extensive industry knowledge and proven leadership, Ryan launched Halls to bring quality craftsmanship, innovation, and a people-first approach to every project.

Kalum
Apprentice Labourer
Kalum joined our team in September last year as an apprentice labourer, starting his very first job after leaving school. Eager to learn and always ready to get stuck in, Kalum brings fresh enthusiasm and a strong work ethic to every project. His hard work, dedication, and positive attitude have quickly made him an integral part of the Halls team. Kalum is proving himself every day, showing real potential for a promising career with us as he develops his skills and gains valuable hands-on experience in the field.
Jamie
Skilled Labourer
Jamie’s career began in the food industry while attending college, before he discovered a passion for building. He then spent four years at a factory constructing modular homes, where he learned the basics of carpentry. Seeking broader experience, Jamie moved to a local building firm, gaining valuable site experience over a couple of years. Now part of the Halls team, Jamie puts his practical skills and adaptable attitude to work, supporting projects in all areas of building and continually expanding his expertise.
Andrew
Bricklayer / Multi Trader
Andrew joined Halls in March 2025 and is known for his determination, reliability, and strong work ethic. As a skilled bricklayer and multi trader, Andrew puts people first and is always willing to help, approaching every project with punctuality, trustworthiness, and clear communication. Since completing his apprenticeship with Barratt Homes in 2021, Andrew has managed his own business, overseeing projects from start to finish, organising teams, liaising with clients, and ensuring all materials, timeframes, and budgets are well managed. He has extensive experience leading large teams, building productive relationships across all levels, and maintaining the highest health and safety standards. Thriving under pressure, Andrew believes that challenges drive personal and professional growth. He is skilled in both hands-on construction and project management, making him an invaluable addition to the Halls team.
